We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to strategize and lead all our internal and client-facing technology initiatives.

You will be responsible for leading the existing 12 member technology team and will grow it further to –

    • Keep a tab on the solutions out in the market in the consumer research/insights space (brand tracking, customer segmentation, concept testing, etc.), client’s key business challenges and unmet needs, identify and help develop solutions to cater to those needs
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop relevant solutions and pitches for prospects
    • Develop proposals for new engagements, lead proposal discussions with clients, help close deals
  • People management
    • Recruitment, training, mentoring, expanding capabilities in CPG domain
Competencies

This is a middle management role and we are looking for individuals who are motivated to build and expand capabilities and business in the Consumer Research or Consumer Insights space – and are willing to take ownership of client relationships and project delivery. Core responsibility will be to work hands-on and execute client projects. Over time, this role can lead to a leadership position, based on performance.

  • Extensive consumer research experience (qual, quant and desk research)
  • Strong project management and team management skills. Hands-on ability to execute projects Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with global clients (past exposure to US clients desirable)
