Sourav is the founder and CEO of Netscribes and has been spearheading its strategy, business development and innovation activities since inception. Through his leadership, Netscribes has grown from a five-person startup to a global data and insights corporation with over 1200+ employees.
Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Sourav was the Finance Editor of The Economic Times, the world's third largest business and financial daily, and part of India's largest media house, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Sourav holds a postgraduate degree in English Literature specializing in medieval European classics, and is a National Educational Trust qualified university lecturer in English literature.
A gourmand at heart and a cook, you will often hear him use food analogies in business discussions. When he is not working, he is either exploring new startups as an angel investor or cooking up an experimental recipe.
Yuvraj takes care of the finance, legal, accounting, and treasury operations including all statutory compliances related to GST and Income Tax. He comes with over a decade of experience in managing various audits, company law and taxation matters, annual budgets, financial planning, and forecasting.
He is a certified CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CS Inter from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounts and Finance from Mumbai University.
Lalatendu spearheads solutioning across business practices at Netscribes. Formerly, he was responsible for the innovation and intellectual property research vertical. Recognized as a go-to IP strategist, he supports corporate innovation agendas helping firms understand the value emerging technologies bring to their business models. He has over 12 years of experience, and his areas of expertise include technology and market intelligence, patent research, social media analytics, and data analytics and automation.
Lalatendu holds a double Master's degree in Physics (Photonics) from SSSIHL and Engineering (Optoelectronics and Optical Communications) from IIT Delhi.
Mehdi is responsible for forging strategic partnerships with global firms to improve large-scale e-commerce operations and omnichannel performance.
He joined Netscribes as an associate in 2010 and quickly grew the ranks to become Vice President of E-commerce solutions. Over the years, Mehdi has played a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Netscribes’ client relationships.
Prashant Shivram Iyer leads the global marketing and strategic alliances function at Netscribes.
A seasoned marketing professional and a brand and communications industry veteran Prashant has a remarkable track record of success in the brand communications industry. With over 20 years of experience, his proven ability to drive revenue growth, develop impactful marketing strategies, and enhance brand reputation make him an asset to the leadership team.
Prior to Netscribes Prashant held a similar role at Adfactors PR. He has also been a co-founder of Brandknew Ideas and Rubique Consulting. Outside work, he enjoys scuba diving, music, and reading.
Arpita leads the Research and Information vertical at Netscribes. She has over 13 years of experience in business development, strategy, and management and has served in leadership teams in a couple of organizations in the technology space. Arpita has helped transform business functions through process improvements, technology adoption, and mindset change. She is responsible for guiding companies to implement the research outcomes to achieve their business goals.
Arpita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology Honors from Calcutta University and completed her Executive education in Sales and Marketing from IIM Calcutta.
Amey provides technical leadership and strategic advice at Netscribes. He has a strong entrepreneurial background with a focus on building technology products and services. Before joining Netscribes, Amey was the head of operations and technology at Convergence IT Services where he was responsible for delivering AI and ML-led automation services for enterprises.
Amey holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Mumbai University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Employing his rich multi-sectorial experience, he has led a world-class portfolio of FORTUNE-500 companies in American QSR, Café, AlcoBev, CPG, Retail & Ecom, helping brands grow their portfolio and footprint. Gaurav champions product innovation, price correction, portfolio improvement, footprint expansion, brand tracking, campaign strategy and human insights, to fuel growth mindset and deliver value to our clients.
Weekends find him designing heraldic imprese, crafting driftwood or writing zines.
Gaurav is responsible for delivering Netscribes’ e-commerce solutions to retailers, brands and online marketplaces. He manages the e-commerce team to ensure quality and compliance with industry best practices, and is also responsible for building the team through new alliances and technology-driven process optimization.
In his previous role, Gaurav managed Netscribes’ syndicated research practice covering a number of global emerging markets.
Anand leads the Technology team at Netscribes which covers electronics, communications, semiconductors, and other emerging technologies. He has over 16 years of experience in the areas of client and account management, pre-sales, strategy, and go-to-market engagements with diversified global clients.
Before joining Netscribes, Anand worked in similar roles at Deloitte, Microsoft, and Suhail Bahwan.
Rima leads the Human Resources practices at Netscribes, passionately driving HR Strategy, HR Operations & Technology, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Benefits & Welfare, Training & Development as well as CSR initiatives.
She comes with an excellent track record of more than 12 years, across a gamut of industries, which includes Microsoft Global Services Center India (IT/ITES), GKB Opticals (Retail Optics), and ILS Hospitals (Healthcare).
As an HR professional, Rima believes in creating a robust team focused on developing and implementing strategies that drive business results, creating a positive work environment, and enriching people's experiences.

Also known as Bala, he has over 15 years of experience in aiding clients across multiple ad-hoc and retainer projects around technology research and product solutions, innovation, commercialization and consumer research projects. Bala’s subject matter and vertical expertise spans technology, telecom, semiconductors, oil and gas, materials, pharma, fine chemicals, nutraceuticals, biopharma, biotech and biomed verticals, and has worked with most of the Global Top ten entities in these segments.
His core practice areas are around new technology and product development initiatives across R&D, Strategy, Marketing & Sales and Operations departments of client organizations. Internally, he is also responsible for talent acquisition, talent retention and mentoring and setting up consulting practises and expertise in new areas ground up.
Simran leads business development and client engagement for Research & Information Solutions. She is a strategy and consultative growth professional with over 13 years of experience in the research industry across roles including sales, operations, and executing account growth across various sectors and geographies. Simran holds a degree in MBA with a Specialization in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
Siddharth leads the automotive practice at Netscribes, which he helped found. With over 12 years of experience serving the automotive ecosystem, he is responsible for solutioning, client success and eminence building for the practice. He specializes in technology assessment, innovation management, growth strategies and go-to-market engagements.
Before joining Netscribes, Siddharth worked in similar roles at KPMG, Global Data and Future Bridge. He holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics from Osmania University and a MBA from IMT, Hyderabad.
He is a true petrol-head and is passionate about the future of mobility. Outside work he spends time on engine tuning, racing, collecting scale models, and gardening.
Amit comes with 14+ years of experience in diversified domains like Telecom, Banking, E-commerce, Finance, Accounting, etc. with a strong background in Applied Statistics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. He is trained and certified in Future skills like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science with R and Python, Six Sigma Black Belt, Design and Innovation Thinking, Robotic Process automation, Prince2® Foundation & Practitioner Certified, etc.

Rajashree is responsible for supervising and coordinating administrative functions at Netscribes. She has been an integral part of the Netscribes team since 2010 and continues to provide direction to execute facilities management and strategize administration policies. A disciplined taskmaster with meticulous leadership, Rajashree oversees infrastructure management and compliance requirements across the company’s centers.
Rajashree holds an integrated Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Legislative Law degree.
Arpan leads the Customer Acquisition team at Netscribes. He is responsible for managing data management services, demand generation, and customer support for clients across industries. With more than six years of experience in managing diversified clients and 150+ member teams, Arpan ensures all service level agreements are met and enjoys providing business solutions benefiting both parties, with top-notch customer experience and delight.
Arpan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gautam Buddha Technical University, Lucknow.
Shalu leads the marketing team at Netscribes. She takes care of various functions - be it content, social media, digital or campaign management among other things. Her almost decade-long journey at Netscribes has been a growth trajectory - from a research executive in operations to a small stint where she handled the Business Development team. A researcher at heart, she has a variety of skill sets. Her strength lies in people management and mentoring.
When not working, she loves reading and exploring different travel destinations.
She has completed her MBA in Systems from Mumbai University.
Chaitanya drives digital transformation initiatives for e-commerce companies and for the company. He has over 10 years of experience handling systems integrations across large-scale e-commerce and corporate portals. As a solution-oriented professional, Chaitanya oversees MarTech managed services, ecommerce platform development and Public Data Intelligence solutions.
Before joining Netscribes, Chaitanya held similar roles in Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, and Ugam - A Merkle Company.
Deepak heads the IT infrastructure team at Netscribes. He comes with fifteen years of experience and oversees the delivery of various technical engagements across departments. He is also responsible for the implementation of information security and cloud management in the firm.
In his previous role at Netscribes, Deepak led the IT software engineering practice. He holds certification in software engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology, Gurugram (GNIIT).
Madhuri Jhurani is Company Secretary at Netscribes. She began her journey in the corporate world as a Company Secretary with Netscribes and has grown alongside the company.
She is responsible for handling the legal and statutory compliances along with day to day legal contracts. Her response time and speed are few of her many talents.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Legislative Law Degree. She is also a certified CS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has a certified Chartered Governance membership from the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland.
