We started by first gaining a comprehensive view of their in-store experience and identifying how customers perceived them. After conducting extensive interviews across 30+ flagship stores, we determined major service inconsistencies hampering customer satisfaction. 

Insights gained from data-driven store performance analytics offered us a clear understanding of which strategies were most effective and which were not. This also allowed us to focus on the key areas of improvement. 

Next, we evaluated store staff performance. We looked at more than 100 sales associates. Their mystery shopping and direct assessments revealed major gaps in critical training. What we noticed was that

while some team members excelled at customer engagement and product recommendations, others lacked the knowledge and confidence to drive sales effectively. Addressing these inconsistencies became a priority.

After all of this, we leveraged insights to benchmark the brand’s in-store experience against its 10 competitors. As a part of this, we analyzed their competitor strategies, and provided a comprehensive picture of where our client stood. Additionally, it allowed us to provide critical insights that would help the client provide a distinguished customer experience. We built a strategic roadmap for the retailer to streamline store operations, refine sales strategies, and provide a consistent, high-quality experience to all of its customers across all locations.
