Essential Job Functions
- The person will lead presales for the BFSI research practice
- He or she needs to formulate the GTM strategy for the vertical
- Work on capability deck, create collaterals
- Attend client calls, understand client needs and offer adequate solutions
- Prepare proposals, work on effort estimates along with operations and lead pilots
- Assist the sales and operational team across the sales deal cycle
Competencies
- Strong domain knowledge of Banking and Insurance sectors
- Good understanding of primary and secondary research
- methodologies
- Experience of working on proposals and capability deck is a must
- Solutioning and good communication skills are a must
- Exposure to research and consulting a plus
