Ravi Lakhina, Head of Production
Ravi has more than 10 years experience in production control, project management and process improvement. He has worked with major publishing houses like Macmillan Publishing Solutions and TechBooks International Private Limited and has successfully managed international publishing houses of repute viz. Wiley-Blackwell, Pearson Education, Cengage Learning, Scholastic, Crabtree Publishing and Times Homes Entertainment to name a few.
Dibakar Acharjee, Art Director
Dibakar has approximately 10 years experience in the children publishing domain, and has worked closely with major leading publishers across the globe. Dibakar has successfully handled the design and layout of some of the key titles published by leading global publishers like Crabtree Publishing, Times Homes Entertainments, Scholastic Inc., Marshall Cavendish, Franklin Watts et al.
As a support to the above, Netscribes has a strong editorial, design and illustration team that works closely with leading publishing houses and provides them with high quality customized solutions in book publishing. Our team of proficient content creators, designers and illustrators works together to brainstorm and execute projects. From the kick-off meeting, where we decide on the best way to proceed on the project, to the actual work, each team member is allowed to voice his or her ideas. This creative style is followed right until the book is ready to be published. As a team, we understand the various trends and styles prevalent in global markets and help deliver error-free products by adhering to strict time lines in a cost-effective manner.
